We’re excited to let you know that Rugby Xplorer (RX), the new rugby registration and competition management system, is now LIVE!

If you haven’t already, now’s the perfect time to set up your rugby profile as East Coast Bays RFC (Senior) has opened its registrations for the season. Rugby Xplorer is the smart way to stay connected with your rugby community and gives you access to some fantastic new features.

Setting up your profile is a one-off task, and once it’s done, re-registering each season will be a breeze.

If you have children joining the Junior Club, we recommend that parents set up profiles for their kids after creating their own, making it easy to manage everything for the whānau. You are able to belong to the Senior and Junior Club and also be a player, Coach, Manager etc)

It’s simple to set up your profile – just use your email address, as you’ll need it to verify your details. Once your profile is all set up, keep an eye out for updates from East Coast Bays RFC (Senior).

Coaches and Managers also need to register

This system is still quite new, so please be patient with us as we all learn together. We appreciate your understanding as we get familiar with how it works – we’re all in this together!

NEW REGISTRATIONS

As this is a new system, everyone must undertake a new registration. However your history from the previous system will be picked up.
New registrations must complete the Rugby Xplorer (RX) registration form.

GEAR

All players are required to play in black shorts and ECB green and black socks (Team supplied and returned for laundering each game)
Remember to get your bays Merchandise (Hoodies, socks, Branded gear) from Hillcrest promotions Shop | Hillcrest Promotions
