We’re excited to let you know that Rugby Xplorer (RX), the new rugby registration and competition management system, is now LIVE!

If you haven’t already, now’s the perfect time to set up your rugby profile so you’re ready when East Coast Bays Jnr Rugby opens its registrations for the season. Rugby Xplorer is the smart way to stay connected with your rugby community and gives you access to some fantastic new features.

Setting up your profile is a one-off task, and once it’s done, re-registering each season will be a breeze. We recommend that parents set up profiles for their kids after creating their own, making it easy to manage everything for the whānau.

It’s simple to set up your profile – just use your email address , as you’ll need it to verify your details. Once your profile is all set up, keep an eye out for updates from East Coast Bays Jnr Rugby on when registrations open. Coaches and Managers will also need to register

This system is still quite new, so please be patient with us as we all learn together. We appreciate your understanding as we get familiar with how it works – we’re all in this together!

PAYMENTS

Payment will be accepted in cash, online or there will be Eftpos on site.

$150 per child, $250 for two, $350 for 3

(Subs include a North Harbour Rugby Levy per player and development fund levy)

Online payments can be made to: Acct: 12-3059-0296022-00 East Coast Bays Jnr Rugby. Please place child’s name as the reference.

NEW REGISTRATIONS

New registrations must complete the Rugby Xplorer (RX) registration form & attend one of the registration days.

TEAM ALLOCATION

Players are allocated to a grade based on their birth date and weight. It is IMPORTANT that their birth date is correct at the time of registration.
Coach/Team requests will be accommodated as far as possible; however, ECB Junior Rugby reserves the right to allocate and/or re-allocate players to ensure the safety of all players and to even out team numbers in the grade.
Some requests may not be able to be accommodated at the time of team allocation, but efforts are made early in the season to ensure all players and parents are happy. Patience in this area is asked for and appreciated.
Any concerns can be discussed with the Grade Co-ordinator and/or the Junior Club Captain.

GEAR

All players are required to play in black shorts and ECB green and black socks.
Gear will be available for purchase at the Registration and Weigh-In Days at the club and from the canteen throughout the season.

BOOT EXCHANGE

The boot exchange went great guns last year with many new kids being fitted out with a secondhand pair of boots. Unfortunately, our stocks are really low now and we would appreciate any secondhand boots available. If you have some visit the Boot Exchange page for details on how to donate.
